Each day for 3 days:

Breakfast

Vegan smoothie:Blend 1 banana, 1 tbs.

This will make about 10 ounces.

tahini

1-2 cups of steamed vegetables, including kale, broccoli, carrots, onion.

It is easy and inexpensive to make.

The addition of turmeric and rosemary adds an antioxidant boost that also lends some support to your liver.

This recipe makes 6 to 8 cups.

Prepare it the day before you begin your detox.

It keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days and can even be frozen for future use!

If you feel hungry, have an extra cup!

Chop all the veggies and place into a large stainless steel pot.

Add 2 teaspoons of good quality salt.

Bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour.

Strain out and discard the vegetables, saving the broth.
