Falling out of love can be a very scary feeling.
Let’s talk about why peoplefall out of loveand what that really means.
Why do people fall out of love?
1 reason people fall out of love is because they’re human.
We are designed to fall out of love.
And then we fall out of love and back in love.
You get the picture.
Falling in and out love is as cyclical as the tides of the ocean.
The problem generally arises when, at the first sign of falling out of love, someone jumps ship.
“I love you, but I’m not in love with you.”
We hear these statements as common reasons one person left a relationship.
Butfalling out of lovedoesn’t mean your relationship is over.
(And yes, you’re able to evenget that crush feeling on your spouseagain with time.)
I’m not talking about acodependentrelationship where your good feelings are dependent on making someone else happy.
Either way, it takes enormous courage to open your heart once you’ve been hurt.
Yet it’s the only way of sustaining real love.
It’s not always easy or fast work, but it’s work that is well worth the effort.
For, in the end, all we really want is to feel love and be loved.
Take time to understand thesigns of falling out of love.
