Spiritual wisdom tells us that our desires are co-created by the Universe.

Rumi said it best with the age-old quote: “What you seek is seeking you.”

When we live according to this mantra, we trust that we’re not just looking for our desires.

Emily Fletcher

They’re looking for us too.

You wouldnt have had the desire in the first place if some higher power didnt put it there.

But how do we foster this kind of trust?

Here are a few ideas.

How to apply “what you seek is seeking you” to your life.

Meditate daily.

We start to access bliss on a visceral level every day (preferably twice a day).

Then our desires become natures way of using us as a fulfillment delivery vehicle.

Reflect on what you really want.

We don’thaveto do anything.

But we dowantto do something.

Take inspired action.

This doesnt mean sit around and wait for your dreams to land on your doorstep!

You have totake inspired action.

Your happiness exists right now, inside of you.

So, what do you think is seeking you?
