“I enjoy smaller tinned fish like sardines, mackerel, or anchovies,” he says.
From time to time, Li will skip lunch altogether.
Of course, that’s not enough by itself.
To go along with it?
He’ll pair it with something like a steamed fillet of fish and roasted purple potatoes with rosemary.
Then, he’ll add a glug of olive oil for even more disease-fighting benefits.
But not just anyolive oil.

For a sweet fix, Li gravitates towardchocolate(don’t we all?).
“It tastes great and you don’t need a lot.”
