Acne before and after

I ate only plant-based foodsno animal products.

I focused on whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables.

Unrefined starches became the cornerstone of my diet.

Mashed potatoes and brown gravyI make it with a vegetable-based brothare my comfort foods.

Who wouldnt feel better sitting down with a big warm bowl of creamy mashed potatoes slathered with delicious gravy?

I feel good just thinking about it!

I avoided all oils.

Whilenot all experts would agree with this advice, for me, cutting oils out made a huge difference.

My skin quickly stopped feeling so greasy.

I avoided high-fat plant foods.

I ate only whole foods.

On my skin-healing diet, I focused on whole foods and minimally processed foods.

When I wanted a crispy snack, I ate a crunchy fruit or vegetable instead of greasy chips.

It made all the difference!

I ate simply and repeated meals for long-term success.

When I find a meal I like, I eat it over and over again!

If I enjoy it, I know I can stick with it.

I actually love rice and beans.

I not onlycouldeat them every day, but I actuallydo.

But even though I might eat rice andbeans each day, theres still variety.

Even when you are eating the “same thing,” its still different.
