I did this practically every day.
I didn’t realize at the time just how precious that was.
Looking back, I now see, my bike rides were my meditations.
Sometimes I do that, or at least try.
Sometimes it’s still a bike ride.
Other times, it’s adeep, juicy yogaclass.
Often, it’s me sitting on a meditation pillow mentallychanting a mantra.
Every now and then, it’s apowerful breathwork meditation.
Most of the time, my meditation is an everyday act like cooking my husband a delicious dinner.
Or losing myself in a novel.
It’s also losing myself in the warm fur of my dogs as I snuggle with them for hours.
Breathe in silence or scream at the top of your lungs.
Stay still for an hour or gyrate until 3 a.m.
It doesn’t matter.
Change your vibration, change your life, and find your own edge.
Do what makes you feel good.
This alone is a revolutionary act.
There are a million possibilities here.
For some, this might look like getting up at 5 a.m. to meditate.
For others, this looks like clocking an extra hour of sleep.
Whatever it is, let it beyourversion of meditation.
And then, practice, practice, practice.
