Farmers use corn for the sole purpose of fattening up cattle.
Corn has the same effect on us.
Not only that, but it causes fatty deposits in the muscle.
So avoid “free-range” meats and chicken.
“Free-range” means the cattle and chicken are eating corn, and, therefore, so are you.
Instead, opt for only pasture-raised meats and chicken.
Is it any wonder that they are also renowned for their ability to causegas, bloating, and indigestion?
Don’t get me wrong; I am not against grains and beans!
I’m just against eating them without first taming their inflammatory effects.
